The South of Market Family Resource Center (SOMA FRC) has been a part of the South of Market community since our founding in 1999. Our mission is to serve children, their families, and the community by providing quality early care and education, and comprehensive family support services.

We offer group and individual services that are tiered to the level of support families are seeking, and offer these services in three languages (English, Spanish, and Filipino). Through listening and learning from the families we serve, we strive to partner with parents and help them navigate the challenges of raising a family in San Francisco. Our services are free and open to all San Francisco residents.
